Clinical Leadership Opportunity

This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for a driven and compassionate mental health professional. As the Clinical Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations, strategic direction and clinical governance of a community-based mental health team supporting children, adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the planning and delivery of high-quality, culturally safe mental health services
  • Providing operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting
  • Driving service development and continuous improvement aligned with local and national priorities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policy and clinical governance frameworks
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-border service partners
  • Leading incident management, client safety and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in mental health and current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of community mental health services and governance frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage resources and engage teams
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
