Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Automation Developer to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and testing RPA assets using Blue Prism, working closely with stakeholders to automate processes and enhance existing automated processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and configure RPA assets using Blue Prism in accordance with development standards and agreed timeframes.
  2. Perform thorough unit testing of all aspects of automation development.
  3. Assist the business with User Acceptance Testing.
  4. Accurately document automated processes and technical solutions.
  5. Ensure that delivered solutions adhere to best practice methodology, design standards, risk frameworks, and company policies.
  6. Proactively identify and raise risks and issues.
  7. Conduct technical feasibility assessments.
  8. Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of business requirements and delivery of quality solutions.
  9. Investigate better practices and alternative solutions.
  10. Attend meetings with stakeholders related to current builds or projects.
  11. Provide timely updates to the business and Robotics Automation Manager.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, computer science, data science, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including international-based stakeholders.
  • Experience and/or professional certification with Blue Prism.
  • Desirable experience with UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or other platforms.
  • Experience with intelligent automation/complementary technologies and integration with RPA.
  • MS Office software, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
  • Other programming languages experience desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution design capability.
  • Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and automation technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
  • Adaptability to new challenges, agile mindset, self-starting, and engaging.
  • Teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
