About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Café/Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies as needed, ensuring that our customers have everything they need to enjoy their visit.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our customers and staff.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promote our centres' services and programs to our patrons, providing information and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with our customers, building a loyal and repeat customer base.
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options and special dietary requirements.
Requirements
  • Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style.
  • Coffee making/barista skills.
  • Food handling Certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Police Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods.
