About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Café/Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed
  • Replenish condiments and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Promote our centres' services and programs to our patrons and develop good working relationships
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
  • Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with the possibility of increased hours during peak periods

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly, and helpful work style
  • Coffee making and barista skills
  • Food handling certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to be flexible during peak periods
