Procurement Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand.

As a proactive and detail-oriented procurement specialist, you will support the successful delivery of procurement activities across a portfolio of regional projects and contracts. You will be an integral part of our procurement function, working closely with delivery teams and suppliers to ensure materials and services are sourced effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with our standards.

  • Manage sourcing, purchasing, and contracting activities across projects and contracts
  • Support the development and execution of procurement plans aligned with project goals
  • Maintain compliance with our procurement policies and systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and delivery teams
  • Identify and manage procurement risks while contributing to cost optimisation initiatives

Requirements:

  • A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and the ability to juggle competing priorities
