About this role:
This is a field-based position that involves installing, servicing, and repairing high-end laboratory equipment.
- Install, service, and repair chromatography, spectroscopy, and diagnostic systems in various settings.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients in pharmaceutical, clinical, and research environments.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates at the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and follow industry protocols.
- Develop strong relationships with clients in scientific settings.
Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Background in scientific fields, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical labs, or research environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.
- Degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
