Key Responsibilities

  • Clean hotel rooms, adhering to stringent quality control standards, paying particular attention to guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting expectations for the team.
  • Accurately report any discrepancies or issues, escalating concerns to senior management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Front Office to ensure seamless guest check-ins and departures.
  • Develop and implement effective schedules to meet business demands, consulting with the Housekeeping Manager to optimize workflows.
  • Maintain awareness of health and safety protocols, actively promoting a culture of responsibility within the team.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in a similar hospitality role, showcasing ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety principles, with a focus on safe chemical handling practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to think critically, recognizing and addressing problems proactively.
