Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our housekeeping team and ensure adherence to high standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and knowledge in a growing hospitality environment, working with hotels of 3-4 star ratings.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
- Clean rooms during periods of low occupancy, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee standards are met and maintained, addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as needed, ensuring efficient operations.
- Address guest concerns effectively, collaborating with colleagues when necessary.
- Prepare and submit housekeeping reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Maintain Quality Assurance practices, adhering to industry standards.
- Oversee workplace health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, prioritizing employee and guest well-being.
- Fluent English language skills, enabling effective communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, thinking critically to resolve challenges.
- Strong leadership abilities, inspiring and guiding the housekeeping team.
- A hands-on approach to work, demonstrating a willingness to get involved.
- Effective time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy, familiar with software used in the hospitality industry.
