Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing hands-on training and ensuring operational requirements are met. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Park Manager with housekeeping staff rostering and scheduling
  • Providing direction and guidance to housekeeping staff to achieve high standards
  • Cleaning cabins, amenities, and other areas to meet customer expectations
  • Replacing linen, towels, and toiletries as required
  • Maintaining storage areas and promoting customer service excellence
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a cleaning or housekeeping environment
  • Practical knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
