We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Lead to join our esteemed team. As a Housekeeping Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising housekeeping staff in their daily duties, ensuring high-quality work that meets hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff in room cleaning, linen replacement, and routine maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and be responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep.
  • Train new employees, develop training plans, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate the work of the housekeeping department with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid working visa in Australia.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Familiarity with hotel room cleaning and maintenance processes, and knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment usage and management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with both staff and guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain work efficiency.
