Position Overview
The Field Services Administration Officer plays a crucial role, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Field Services team. Responsibilities include managing the inventory of Field Services' assets and ensuring that all related data is meticulously maintained. The officer will utilize various software applications to process invoices, update records, manage inventory orders, coordinate schedules, and conduct audits, among other tasks. Additionally, they will offer essential support to the broader Field Services team in areas such as fleet management, training, and reporting.

- Outstanding time management abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proven experience in coordination, administration, and records management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with a range of software applications.
