The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE – particularly Customer Service & Omnichannel Engagement. A background in cloud-based systems / distributed computing and experience with Azure, Power Platform, and integration tools are also essential.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing D365 Customer Service solutions for contact centres, integrating D365 with Azure, Office 365, and other cloud tools for omnichannel customer engagement, and guiding agile development teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Collaboration and stakeholder management are key aspects of this role. The successful candidate must be able to tailor D365 CE modules, workflows, dashboards, and business rules to meet client needs, while delivering scalable, secure solutions.
