About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Programmed. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate grounds maintenance activities across multiple sites in Western Sydney
  • Supervise and train a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal site conditions
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manual driver's license
  • Construction White Card
