About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Programmed. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of grounds maintenance services to multiple sites in Western Sydney.
  • Supervise and lead a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Operate and maintain a range of equipment, including mowers, blowers, and whips.
  • Ensure all safe work practices are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed, including photographs, work logs, and labour entries.

Requirements:

  • Construction White card.
  • Manual Drivers licence.
  • Ability to pick up new systems and use an iPad to effectively capture information.
  • Flexible approach and a positive attitude.
  • A team player.
  • Prior experience in grounds maintenance is required.
