About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Programmed. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services at various Sydney Water locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver grounds maintenance services safely and to meet quality requirements.
  • Use whips and blowers to manage vegetation and debris.
  • Operate mower to mow large open sites.
  • Assist as required in other grounds maintenance activities.
  • Occasionally assist in other areas of maintenance activities due to business needs.
  • Perform general maintenance to plant and equipment.
  • Perform pre-start inspections and follow safe work practices.

Requirements:

  • Construction White card.
  • Manual Drivers licence & own transportation is a must.
  • Flexible approach and a positive attitude.
  • A team player.
  • Be willing to partake in our on-boarding process which includes pre-employment medicals, reference and qualification checks, online inductions.
  • Prior experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to successfully pass police and medical check requirements.
