About The Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services department is seeking skilled Grounds Maintenance Operators to join our open space team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing grounds maintenance and development across our client sites. As a Grounds Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the grounds and gardens, ensuring they are always maintained and presented at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety processes and procedures
  • Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
  • Prune and shape across the grounds
  • Routine mowing and turf maintenance
  • Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in gardening or landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. You will also have

  • Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
  • Current driver's license & white card
  • Current working with children's check
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
  • Execute work that is of a high standard
