Job Overview

Your primary role is to lead and oversee the implementation of quality and governance frameworks within a complex organisation.

This pivotal position ensures the organisation meets legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements while driving a culture of accountability, client safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and monitor quality and governance systems and processes.
  • Manage compliance and coordinate risk management activities.
  • Oversee records and information governance.
  • Ensure the Client Incident Management System (CIMS) operates in line with Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing (DFFH) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead systems and processes that drive accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Drive organisational learning and service excellence through strong quality and governance practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications related to the position such as Diploma of Quality Auditing and Business Compliance.

  • Valid Driver's License allowing you to drive in Australia.
  • Victorian Employee Working with Children Check card.
  • National Police Check.
