About MADEC

MADEC is a not-for-profit organisation with a service delivery network spanning metropolitan and rural areas across Australia.  Our services portfolio includes employment services, vocational training, labour hire and other community related programs.

We have up to three Board Director positions (3-year terms) to be filled.  All applications will be considered based on experience, expertise and organisational fit.

This opportunity is ideal for Directors who bring governance acumen and genuine commitment to social purpose and are readily equipped to lead and guide meaningful change.

· Support services, labour hire, education and training

· Financial management and accounting

· People and culture

· Asset and risk management

Essential experience:

· Demonstrated board experience with strong governance capabilities

· Strategic thinking and decision making expertise

· Commitment to advancing social impact and community outcomes

· Collaborative leadership style suited to a maturing board culture
