We're seeking a seasoned class actions solicitor to join our dynamic team and contribute to championing justice for our clients.
About the RoleOur Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne offices, or other locations across Australia are home to a team of experienced law clerks and solicitors who work together to prepare matters for conferences and hearings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing claims, including liability and quantum, and developing strong professional relationships with stakeholders in class actions.
You'll take an active role in mentoring law clerks, paralegals, and administrative staff, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and delivering exceptional results.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in class actions as a fee earner
- A deep understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation
- An ability to question, challenge the status quo, and stay ahead
- A commitment to connecting with others and working collaboratively
