As a Graduate Solicitor, you will be working under the guidance of a senior practitioner to gain experience within the legal practice. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in representing clients and providing accurate legal advice across WorkCover and TAC claims
  • Developing a proficient ability to effectively assess claims, including liability and quantum
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and peers through exceptional communication

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a passion for social justice and a thirst for knowledge in the plaintiff law space. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
