Creative Leadership Opportunity

At Rivyl, we are seeking a visionary Creative Director to spearhead our team of talented graphic designers. As the primary creative leader, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual identities that capture the essence of our clients' brands.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8 - 10 years minimum experience in a design role with a focus on brand design and visual identity.
  • Agency experience is essential, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional communication skills are must-haves for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor the team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with the Strategy Director to develop innovative ideas that meet client briefs.
  3. Work closely with the Tech Director to ensure seamless website roll-outs that reflect the brand's visual identity.
  4. Facilitate visual discovery meetings to distill the creative brief and ensure everyone is aligned.
  5. Present compelling visual brand pitches to clients that showcase the team's expertise.
  6. Oversee quality control for all visuals to maintain consistency and excellence.
