About the role
Are you ready to step into a role where your leadership and problem-solving skills can make a real impact every day?
We're seeking a motivated and organised team member to join our Security Officers and Patrols Division.
This full-time role, based at our Head Office in Torrensville, is your chance to combine operational know-how with people leadership.
You'll be the driving force behind smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our Security Officers in the field, and building lasting relationships with our clients and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of staff rosters, balancing operational needs with fair and consistent shift patterns.
Mentor, train, and support Security Officers to deliver their best work.
Be a trusted after-hours point of contact in a shared on call system.
Build strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication across staff, clients, and subcontractors.
Support performance management processes with fairness and professionalism.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute fresh ideas that make our team stronger.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in workforce coordination, rostering or operations management.
Background in the Security Industry or similar fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure,
Familiarity with shift-based workforce systems and scheduling tools.
Confidence with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
The ability to work independently including after-hours when required.
A proactive 'solutions first" with strong attention to detail.
