Channel Marketing Position

We are a rapidly growing organisation that is disrupting the channel community via its suite of infrastructure solutions.

The Channel Marketing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful performance of marketing programs to our channel partners. Our focus on building great relationships with our partners drives business growth, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop quarterly marketing strategies with strategic channel partners and distributors.
  • Create tactics to support campaigns that channel partners can utilise in an integrated approach.
  • Deliver marketing demand generation campaigns to meet channel-driven goals and lead pipeline objectives.
  • Contribute to partner-focused content and resources, including landing pages, eDMs, case studies, slide shows, media releases, social media, infographics, and more.
  • Develop marketing brand campaigns to communicate and accelerate Accorde/partner co-brand and value proposition.
  • Execute end-to-end virtual and in-person event logistics, including webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Track and report on all programs and initiatives, measuring ROI and partner effectiveness.
  • Engage, communicate, and train partners on new campaigns.
  • Support and drive the channel marketing effort as part of the extended channel marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience within IT channel, preferably in high tech, distribution, or managed service provider backgrounds.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritise, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive communicator with a track record of strong teamwork and collaboration within all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans with a focus on the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Working in a fast-paced sales driven environment.
  • Experience in Social/digital Media (Web, LinkedIn).
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethics.
