Exciting Opportunity: Channel Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to develop and execute cross-channel strategies, driving engagement and boosting sales across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans to enhance customer interaction and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Marketing to design the Omnichannel Strategy
  • Create engaging in-store and online experiences to foster customer loyalty
  • Promote local community involvement initiatives and partnership opportunities
  • Manage content updates for customer and internal touch points
  • Work closely with internal teams to publish and distribute compelling content

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in channel marketing with measurable results
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (desired but not essential)
  • Proficiency across both online and offline customer channels
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
