Corporate Relationship Manager

As a customer relationship manager, your role is to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise Customer Value
- Utilize persuasive skills to turn account closures into sales opportunities by identifying customer needs.
- Achieve monthly performance metrics through utilization of persuasive skills, defined call flow structure, and adherence to provided schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot minor technical problems for customers.
- Educate customers on product features and service offerings.
- Increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers.
We are looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, and has excellent communication skills.
