Co-Curricular Director Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Co-Curricular Director to join our team and shape the strategic vision, coherence, and quality of our co-curricular life. About the Role
  • The Director leads and oversees Music, Sport, Outdoor Education, and Clubs/Enrichment programmes, ensuring they are vibrant, inclusive, and aligned to the School's mission and values.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic development, quality assurance, staffing, and long-term planning of these programmes, ensuring they not only enhance student learning but also foster wellbeing, teamwork, and personal growth.

Working closely with the Heads of Primary and Senior School, the Director will ensure that all co-curricular initiatives are fully integrated with student development, pastoral care, and academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: oversight of safety, compliance, partnerships, and business development within the portfolio.
  • Program Development: strategic development, quality assurance, staffing, and long-term planning of co-curricular programmes.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: working collaboratively with CGS team members to implement initiatives, deliver projects, and manage change.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
