Lead Radio Station into New Season

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the overall direction and operation of our radio station, ensuring all activities align with our core values. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills, with experience in donor development, budget management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement strategic vision and direction to meet mission goals
  • Provide Christ-centred, servant leadership to staff and volunteers
  • Nurture a positive, mission-driven culture aligned with our values
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lay framework for taking station into next season
  2. Implement strategic vision and direction
  3. Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, professional development, and volunteer management
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of Christian broadcasting and ministry-focused communication
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of ACMA, CBAA, and CMAA regulations
