Job Title: Director of Co-Curricular Education

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our co-curricular programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance student learning, wellbeing, and personal growth.

The Director will oversee the Music, Sport, Outdoor Education, and Clubs and Enrichment programs, ensuring they are vibrant, inclusive, and aligned to the school's mission and values. This involves leading and managing staff, developing partnerships with external organizations, and driving innovation and excellence in co-curricular provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for co-curricular programs
  • Lead and manage staff to deliver high-quality co-curricular experiences
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance co-curricular opportunities
  • Drive innovation and excellence in co-curricular provision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners
  • Proven experience in leadership and co-curricular management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality co-curricular experiences that meet the needs of diverse students

You will also need to hold appropriate qualifications and certifications, including a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card and National Police Check.
