About the Role

The Principal Project Delivery Manager will oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring high-quality results while exemplifying Jacobs' vision and values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee project delivery, ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements, and monitor financial performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and delivery partners, understanding their needs and communicating effectively to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Prioritize safety, manage risks, and drive Jacobs' Beyond Zero culture of caring.
  • Business Development: Engage with leadership to drive business development, support work-winning activities, and engage in commercial negotiations.
  • Team Development: Lead team capability building through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and succession planning.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing high-complexity water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
