Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to deliver exceptional quality outcomes in an agile environment.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Understanding and analyzing business and functional requirements to establish test conditions, scenarios, and design test cases.
  • Executing manual testing and developing automation testing strategies.
  • Designing, writing, documenting, and executing test plans.
  • Identifying defects in a timely manner and documenting defects using test management tools.
  • Actively participating in Agile delivery processes, including planning, sprint backlog, and retrospectives.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A passion for innovation, agile, and delivering exceptional quality outcomes considering business and customer experiences.
  • Proven experience utilizing a combination of manual testing disciplines.
  • Ability to influence discussions and decisions with an impact on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Desirable knowledge and experience include:

  • Atlassian suite of products (JIRA and Confluence)
  • HP ALM, Xray
  • Selenium / TOSCA
