We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a vital role in driving excellence in patient-centered outcomes through fostering a culture of continuous improvement and clinical accountability.
This opportunity requires an experienced health professional with a proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives and managing change projects. You will work collaboratively with clinical leaders and other stakeholders to identify, scope, design, plan, evaluate, and report on quality improvement initiatives across various services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convening working groups, workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions to engage staff and consumers in quality improvement activities
- Facilitating education, training, coaching, and professional support for each quality improvement initiative
- Building capability amongst clinical staff to participate and engage in quality improvement projects
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience as a health professional, preferably within the public sector
- Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate groups effectively
- The capacity to engage and empower others to contribute to quality improvement efforts
