The Opportunity

You'll drive technical innovation, collaborate with a dynamic team, and build a product that can redefine marketing as we know it.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Own the technical strategy and architecture for the platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
2. Full-Stack Development: Lead backend and frontend development using modern frameworks and technologies.
3. AI Integration: Integrate advanced AI/ML models to create powerful, user-friendly tools.
4. Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
5. Product Development: Collaborate closely with Hypa Reach to align technical execution with the product vision.
6. Innovation & Problem Solving: Continuously seek innovative solutions to technical challenges as the product evolves.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level): Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Deep knowledge of backend development with languages such as Node.js and Python: Experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design patterns is a must.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular: Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with AI/ML model integration and optimisation: Familiarity with popular deep learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
• Expertise in building and consuming APIs, RESTful services, and working with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB: Understanding of database normalization, indexing, and query optimization is required.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and scalability best practices: Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud services for infrastructure and deployment: Knowledge of cloud provider-specific services like AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions is essential.
• A solid grasp of UX/UI principles for intuitive and user-friendly design: Understanding of human-computer interaction, visual design, and usability testing is required.
