Innovative Technical Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to spearhead the development and maintenance of our internal platform for feature flagging and progressive delivery.
This strategic role requires a technical leader who can guide the growth of a talented team, drive engineering excellence, and foster collaboration across various departments.
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for building and evolving our feature control platform.
- Develop and implement technical roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Partner with data and product leaders to embed measurement and analysis into launch processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving technical innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of feature flagging, rollout systems, or developer platforms.
- Ability to mentor engineers, provide architectural guidance, and promote scalable solutions.
- Experience working in modern, polyglot environments, preferably with languages such as Java, Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS.
- A passion for mentoring, people development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
