Training & Organisational Capability Specialist

The role of the Training & Organisational Capability Specialist is to drive both training coordination and organisational capability uplift across a scaling operation.

This key opportunity involves playing a lead role in shaping training delivery across the operational team with a heavy focus on onboarding a large intake of contact centre staff. Working closely with the Operational Performance Manager and Learning & Development Specialist, you'll help map out current capabilities and implement practical learning solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Coordinate and support training initiatives across operations, particularly for travel insurance products and processes.
  2. Source, assess, and manage external trainers – including contracts and scheduling logistics.
  3. Organise training programs end-to-end: booking rooms, scheduling sessions, liaising with stakeholders.
  4. Support organisational capability projects aligned to broader business needs.
  5. Contribute to onboarding, team development, and ad hoc training activities as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  1. Proven experience in training delivery, coordination, or capability development within financial services – insurance or travel insurance experience highly regarded.
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement, calendar coordination, and multitasking skills.
  3. Confidence working independently while collaborating across departments.
  4. A proactive, practical approach to executing learning strategies.
