Following some recent shifts within our People & Culture function, we are looking for an experienced Organisational Development specialist to join our national team of 7. Offering a balanced mix of strategic and operational work, you will be responsible for enhancing our national Learning & OD strategy and leading key programs of work with a firm-wide focus, including:

- Establishing our DEI framework
- Progressing the development and implementation of a Capability Framework
- Coordinating, delivering, and enhancing the design of our HG Lead programs
- Leading our Pathway to Partner program
- Talent management, performance, and development
- Firm-wide culture and engagement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will work closely with our Learning & Early Career Development Lead and your P&C colleagues. A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential. Experience leading projects and managing change and communication plans effectively will be highly desirable, given the scope of this role.

You are self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a meaningful impact. Your ability to build strong, influential relationships across all levels of the business will help you champion our OD programs, ensuring they are engaging, measurable, and celebrated.

Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development, or psychology, along with solid OD experience in a professional services setting.
