Organisational Development Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extensions. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for organisational development and training.
About the RoleThe Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering significant organisational projects. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop change resources and guidance materials, and support change initiatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain effective working relationships with community leaders and network of change leaders.
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, project teams, and key stakeholders to source and package enterprise training material.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Understand training requirements and approaches for Onboarding and Train the Trainer programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven ability to design and develop innovative resources and solutions that consider contemporary change management practices and user experience.
- An ability to work effectively in an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty.
- High-level research, conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- An ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities.
This role offers attractive pay rates of $76.50 per hour + Super, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.
