About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Organisational Development Advisor to help shape our culture, through its people strategies and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering organisational development and capability building projects and initiatives to promote an inclusive and supportive culture, drive employee engagement, and develop workforce capability.

This role will involve working broadly across engagement and culture, learning and development, policy implementation, organisational diagnostics and diversity and inclusion.

The Advisor will support the achievement of our strategy by contributing to the design and delivery of contemporary organisational development initiatives and frameworks across the organisation.

  • Supporting and delivering organisational development and capability building projects and initiatives
  • Promoting an inclusive and supportive culture
  • Driving employee engagement
  • Developing workforce capability

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications, skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of contemporary organisational and capability development programs and initiatives.

A proactive and collaborative approach to projects is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field
