Gas Metering Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Metering Technician to maintain and upgrade gas metering infrastructure across the ACT. As part of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of energy to our communities.

  • Maintain and replace gas and hot water meters, including remote billing equipment
  • Identify and address non-compliant installations with care and attention to detail
  • Provide field support for new connections and upgrades in a collaborative team setting
  • Use digital tools to complete reports and manage jobs efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Plumbing (or higher)
  • Experience with gas or hot water metering – preferred
