The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team at our Melrose Park Commercial Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and organizing customer deliveries and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
  • Organize customer deliveries and administration tasks to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
