About the Role

As a member of our Melrose Park Commercial Office team, this Internal Sales Support Associate role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing stock levels, and coordinating deliveries and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and administration processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in the Lighting or Electrical industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in internal sales roles, with a strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with confidence in using computer systems to manage tasks and data.
  • General knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A positive attitude, with a 'can-do' approach to challenges and responsibilities.
  • The ability to lift heavy objects as required.
