Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Management Specialist to manage the smooth functional flow of an Executive Business Class Lounge at Melbourne International Airport.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage lounge operations, ensuring seamless services across catering, cleaning, and concierge services.
  • Effectively manage costs, implement stock control systems, and provide regular financial reporting.
  • Lead a team, promoting exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain strong analytical skills, managing budgets, prioritizing spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue growth.
  • Operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in high-end hospitality delivery, managing bar, catering, front desk, and cleaning teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, successfully managing budgets, prioritizing spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level.
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams.
  • Knowledgeable in risk assessment and food hygiene (level 3 preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing resources and P&L in line with targets.
