Airport Lounge Manager

High-end hospitality professionals are sought to lead the daily operations of an Executive Business Class Lounge at Melbourne International Airport.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations through effective management of catering, cleaning, and concierge services.
- Manage the daily operational activities of the lounge to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Develop strategies to reduce labour turnover and improve staff engagement by fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and continuously strive to exceed client expectations.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve business objectives by promoting a culture of excellence.
- Effectively manage costs and implement efficient stock control systems to optimize resources.
- Prepare detailed financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and drive growth.
- A proven track record in managing high-end hospitality teams with expertise in bar, catering, front desk, and cleaning operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and cost efficiency analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships.
- A deep understanding of hospitality and food safety standards, including risk assessment and food hygiene practices.
