About This Role

This position holds significant leadership responsibilities, overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the superannuation and insurance sectors.

Key Performance Expectations
  • Leadership: Hires, evaluates and supervises team members, providing guidance and training to enhance skill sets as necessary.
  • Strategy Development: Creates and maintains both short-term and long-range plans for their respective area of responsibility.
  • Collaboration: Partners closely with internal or external stakeholders to enhance and improve the quality of the superannuation offer and associated customer experience.
  • Oversight: Ensures compliance with all relevant legislative requirements governing superannuation and insurance operations.
  • Case Management: Manages complex cases, advises on less complex claims, and coaches others in this process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the superannuation and insurance industries, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
