Job Title: Project Support Officer

The role of the Project Support Officer is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of a project.

  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies and procedures to maintain project integrity.
  • Assist in preparing governance documentation such as project status reports and steering committee papers.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to guarantee governance requirements are met and maintained.
  • Support the project team in managing approvals escalations and reporting processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team including scheduling meetings preparation of agendas and recording minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation review and distribution of project documentation including reports plans and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines deliverables and milestones ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project registers including risk issue and decision registers.
  • Offer Records Management Support for the project team.
