About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a Client Services Coordinator position. The successful candidate will join our collaborative and professional environment where they can make a real impact supporting Financial Planners and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for adviser and client reviews.
  • Assist Financial Planners in implementing recommendations for clients.
  • Prepare and manage ongoing service agreements.
  • Update client information in the CRM and other systems to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client service administration role is required.
  • Strong compliance focus and attention to detail are essential.
  • An analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving ability is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client CRM's is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Organized time management and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
