About the Role

We are looking for an expert in tax matters to provide guidance to clients via phone and email. In this role, you will conduct thorough research, analyze information, and offer well-informed insights to resolve client inquiries.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering expert advice on tax issues through phone and email communications
  • Gathering essential information, performing research, and providing accurate, detailed advice
  • Applying relevant legislation to resolve client inquiries and staying current on evolving tax laws and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong experience in general tax gained in practice, industry, or HMRC
  • An ATT or CTA tax qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
