Early Childhood Education Manager Position

The role of Early Childhood Education Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a childcare centre. This includes managing staff, resources, and budgets to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

As an Early Childhood Education Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will design and implement engaging learning programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in children.

This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. You will need to cultivate strong connections with families and the local community to promote participation and reinforce the centre's values.

A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential for this role. Proven experience managing a centre with at least 50 licensed places is also required. Current paid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and a National Police Check are necessary qualifications.
