Job Title: Education Program Director

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education Program Director to lead our before and after school programs. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Assurance: Support and report on safety protocols, including MMR vaccination verification.
  • Staff Support: Collaborate with staff to establish and maintain safety standards, document attendance procedures, and foster respectful relationships among team members.
  • Communication: Engage with families, staff, and partners through regular updates and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs, adhering to established attendance procedures.
  • Daily Routine: Develop and implement engaging daily activities, fitness routines, and curriculum in a safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Google software or willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Meet state-specific requirements.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Clear tuberculosis test.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Child Development or Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution, or equivalent coursework or credentials.
