Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director - Education to spearhead our education program, focusing on children's well-being, development, and learning.

About The Role
  • Develop and implement the educational program, collaborating with support staff.
  • Ensure learning and development inform curriculum design, and educators facilitate each child's growth.
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor educators in understanding and improving their educational programs and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Promote collaboration between families and the school community.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, plus relevant experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Proven experience in an ECE setting, with a comprehensive working knowledge of approved learning frameworks.
  • Able to coach and mentor others, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of child development, attachment, and learning principles.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based best practice approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Understanding of leadership theory and various leadership styles.
  • Critical thinking skills, including analysis and challenge of conventional practices.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
