Program Director

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum to students.
- E nsure programs meet industry standards and deliver excellent outcomes.
- Mentor teaching staff and conduct performance appraisals.
- Manage daily operations, including timetabling and resource allocation.
- E nsure compliance with academic policies and maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Participate in program reviews, updates and prepare reports for academic committees.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in social work or related welfare discipline; PhD preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent program administration and organizational skills.
- Experience in academic leadership roles, preferably within education.
- Familiarity with relevant education policies, procedures and standards.
- Strong background in community services education, curriculum development, teaching and program coordination.
